Chicago, IL (October 8, 2026) – RiverGlade Capital (“RiverGlade”), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Dynamic Access (the “Company”) to Blue Sea Capital (“Blue Sea”). Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Dynamic Access is a leading outsourced provider of vascular access services to hospitals and post-acute facilities across 25 states, performing more than 200,000 procedures annually.
Dynamic Access deploys specialized clinical teams to place and manage PICC lines, midlines, and peripheral IVs on-site, along with clinical education and supply management support that help facilities reduce complications and improve patient outcomes. Under RiverGlade’s ownership, the Company expanded its footprint through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

RiverGlade will retain its investment in Dynamic Infusion, a leading provider of home infusion nursing services. Founded in 2011, Dynamic Infusion’s network of more than 250 nurses delivers in-home infusion therapy across 21 states on behalf of more than 50 specialty pharmacies. As one of the few national home infusion nursing providers independent from any single pharmacy, the business serves patients with chronic conditions who rely on recurring therapies, including IVIG, treatments for rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s disease, and pediatric infusions. RiverGlade will continue to support Dynamic Infusion as it expands through organic and de novo growth and tuck-in acquisitions.
Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, acted as financial advisor and McGuireWoods served as legal counsel to Dynamic Access and RiverGlade. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
