Chicago, IL (October 28, 2025) – RiverGlade Capital (“RiverGlade”), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Skowronski to Partner. In connection with this promotion, Dan will also join RiverGlade’s Investment Committee.

Since joining RiverGlade in 2018, Dan has played a critical role in advancing the firm’s investment strategy. He has been instrumental in sourcing and evaluating a number of attractive opportunities, and partnering closely with management teams to drive value creation across the portfolio. His deep industry expertise, strategic mindset and collaborative leadership have made him a trusted and respected member of the firm.

Prior to joining RiverGlade, Dan worked at The Edgewater Funds and Swander Pace Capital, both middle-market private equity firms. He also held an investment banking role at William Blair & Company and began his career at Houlihan Lokey. Dan holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
